• Experience :

• They should have formal legal education as this role requires interpretation of laws and regulations, etc.

• CTC Range

  : upto 16 Lacs Max

• Tamil is mandatory - (R/W/S)

Role Summary:

The role is to ensure that the company operates in compliance with laws and regulations, and that employees follow established standards and procedures in their duties.

Key Accountabilities:

• Compliance Regulation System Management

  - Develop guidelines for various topics such as companys code of conduct, compliance control standards, anti-corruption, statutory compliance, fair trade, data protection.

• Compliance Organization Management

  : Operate and report to the compliance committee, designate compliance officers within major business sites and relevant departments.

• Compliance Training

  : Operate and improve educational programs on compliance policies and procedures as well as regulatory training on key topics.

• Compliance Monitoring

  : Monitor trends and issues related to regulations in India and globally, and disseminate information through newsletters.

• Effectiveness Review and Evaluation

  : Regularly review and implement corrective actions to ensure the proper operation of the compliance system.

• Compliance Audit and Inspection

  : Inspect and evaluate whether employees comply with the companys compliance regulations and procedures (document review, interviews, on-site visits).

• Compliance Consulting / Support:

  Provide advice and support on compliance related inquiries from business units and collect, manage and distribute compliance materials.

• Foster and promote compliance culture

  : Enhance employee awareness of compliance activities.

• Compliance Reporting

  : Report activities and results related to the compliance program to the management and related departments.
