Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Chennai. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, and meet sales targets. The role also includes identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Understanding of financial products, particularly loans and mortgage solutions
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Willingness to work on-site in Chennai
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
