Job Description: As a Regional Sales Manager in New Business Development, your primary role will be to drive growth by reactivating inactive key accounts and business chains across multiple regions. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within your assigned territories, with a focus on modern trade. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and buyers will be essential, along with collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver category-relevant solutions. You will also be expected to track performance metrics and report progress regularly. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in modern trade sales, preferably within the home, lifestyle, or furnishings industry. You should possess a proven ability to manage key accounts effectively and drive new business initiatives. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must, along with a willingness to travel as needed.
