Experience Required:** 6–10 years in business development, preferably with leadership experience in financial distribution, broking, or fintech.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the B2B partner acquisition and performance strategy for Karnataka and surrounding regions.
* Manage and mentor a team of B2B acquisition managers and business associates.
* Develop strategic relationships with distribution networks, large IFA groups, and channel partners.
* Work closely with product, marketing, and tech teams to support regional business initiatives.
* Monitor revenue KPIs, partner lifecycle, and retention rates across the region.
