Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Business Development Manager based in Chennai. The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and preparing business proposals and presentations. The role also involves analyzing market trends, overseeing regional sales operations, and meeting sales targets. Collaboration with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and managing the regional budget are also key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in market analysis and strategic planning
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Budget management and financial acumen
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Chennai
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the material handling equipment or supply chain industry is a plus
