Ltd., a leading healthcare company in India, with ISO 9001:2008 certification, headquartered in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization. Supported by branches in major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Baroda, Surat, Rajkot & others, our company offers comprehensive management solutions for the healthcare & pharmacy industry. Since 1996, we have been delivering software solutions for specialty clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare product distributors, serving over 28,000 users across India. In this full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, your responsibilities will include posting job ads, managing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining candidate databases and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Interviewing, along with a solid understanding of Screening, Sourcing, and Recruiting techniques. Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, while experience in the healthcare industry would be considered a definite plus.,
