You will be serving as a Principal Associate in the Recruitment department, based in Voyager (94001), India, Bangalore, Karnataka. Your main responsibility will involve executing recruiting activities for a specific line of business and location. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers as a staffing consultant to determine resource requirements, draft job descriptions, and candidate profiles. Developing both internal and external recruiting strategies will be a key part of your role. You will need to implement these strategies effectively by working alongside other recruiters and recruiting coordinators to meet the recruitment demands. Your accountability will extend to maintaining the overall integrity, quality, and budget of the recruiting and onboarding process. Your core responsibilities will encompass various areas. Firstly, you will manage candidates by formulating and implementing sourcing plans to identify individuals with skills that align with the hiring needs. Building relationships with candidates to streamline the recruitment process and secure offer acceptances will be a crucial aspect of this role, accounting for 50 percent of your workload. Secondly, you will handle client management by collaborating with hiring managers, group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to comprehend recruitment needs. Your focus will be on developing strategies to achieve hiring goals, making up 35 percent of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be involved in leading miscellaneous department projects, constituting 5 percent of your duties, and handling administrative tasks using platforms like Workday and other recruiting technologies, accounting for the remaining 10 percent. In terms of qualifications, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree and possess a minimum of 10 years of experience as a full life cycle recruiter. Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree or MBA, at least 8 years of experience as a full life cycle recruiter, a minimum of 3 years of experience as a sourcing specialist, and proficiency in recruiting systems.
