We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our dynamic Human resource Team. This internship offers a hands on opportunity to work closely with experienced HR Professional and gain practical insight into talent acquisition and human capital management.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media and internal database.
2. Coordinate interviews and communicate with potential candidate.
3. Maintain Applicant tracking system and update recruitment dashboards.
4. participate in employer recruitment drives and campaigns.

Qualification and Skill Set Required

1. MBA in HR Or Related Field.
2. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
4. Proficiency in MS Office.
