Role Description

This is a 3months contract on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Recruiting Intern at Meril. The Recruiting Intern will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates. They will also support training initiatives and collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications

• Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Relevant coursework or experience in Human Resources is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
