Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiting Intern located in Indore. The Recruiting Intern will assist in hiring processes, conducting interviews, and communicating with potential candidates. The role also includes supporting recruiting functions and participating in the training of new hires. Day-to-day tasks will involve maintaining records, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with the HR team to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Qualifications

• Skills in Hiring and Recruiting
• Excellent Interviewing and Communication skills
• Experience in Training and onboarding new hires
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
