Recruiter

As an HR Recruiter based in Surat, Gujarat, you will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition for various roles across departments. Your duties will include sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels, coordinating and conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers. It is essential for you to possess sound knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring strategies. To qualify for this role, you should have an MBA in Human Resources or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment. The job type is full-time with a day shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The preferred qualifications for this position include proficiency in English language and prior experience as an HR Recruiter. The work location is in person.
