Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter specializing in non-IT roles to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet the staffing needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the hiring process.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in non-IT sectors.
Proven ability to source and attract candidates using various recruitment strategies.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
