Roarbank is a digital banking platform launched by Unity SFB in collaboration with Fintech Farm, a global neobanking technology provider, in early 2025. Our ambition is to become the leading digital consumer bank in India through seamless customer experience, innovative technology and efficient operations.


About Fintech Farm

Fintech Farm is a UK-based fintech building neobanks in partnership with traditional banks across emerging markets. With successful launches in four countries, we're on track to build neobanks in 50+ markets, reaching over 100 million users.


Your role

We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive and resourceful recruiter to help Roarbank scale at pace in India. You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process across a mix of high-volume operational roles (customer support, KYC) and more niche roles. You'll work closely with local stakeholders, while also scaling recruitment infrastructure.

This will be a 6 month assignment initially, with it becoming permanent based on performance.


What you will be doing

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for Roarbank hires in India, from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Build strong pipelines for high-volume roles (e.g. customer care, KYC) using local platforms and networks
  • Partner with the Unity SFB leadership team, Roarbank HRBP, Fintech Farm Head of Talent to recruit fintech and banking talent into non-IT roles (Finance, Online Reputation, Collections, Reconciliations etc.)
  • Own employer branding efforts and represent Roarbank across India
  • Establish processes: interview scorecards and workflows
  • Screen, interview and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit
  • Drive a data-informed approach to hiring efficiency, diversity and conversion metrics
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees, from background and compliance checks to documentation gathering and HRS data input
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to scope roles and write job descriptions


Who you are

  • A self starter, who doesn’t take “No” for an answer, result-oriented, enjoy operating at speed, open and honest
  • High energy level and positive attitude
  • Good communicator and presenter
  • Strongly analytical and a critical thinker


Your experience

  • 3-5 year’s in-house recruitment experience hiring into a range of business and ops positions within a fast-paced fintech or banking environment in India
  • Excellent communication, engagement and people development skills
  • Experience hiring across volume and niche non-IT roles
  • Deep knowledge of the Indian hiring landscape, particularly Mumbai
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and scale recruiting operations
  • Excellent sourcing skills and an eye for spotting high-potential talent
  • Familiarity with ATS tools, offer management and local labour practices
  • Great communication in English
