The role involves designing and updating job descriptions to attract potential candidates from various online channels. Crafting recruiting emails is necessary to engage passive candidates effectively. Screening incoming resumes and application forms, as well as conducting interviews via phone, video, and in-person are primary responsibilities. Preparing and distributing assignments, numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests, and advertising job openings on various platforms are essential tasks. Providing hiring managers with shortlists of qualified candidates and handling job offer emails and queries about compensation and benefits are part of the role. Monitoring key HR metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire is crucial. Participating in job fairs, hosting recruitment events, and collaborating with managers to identify future hiring needs are important aspects of the job. Acting as a consultant to new hires and assisting them during the onboarding process is also required. The position requires proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases, and experience with sourcing techniques. Understanding of referral programs, solid verbal and written communication skills, and sound judgment are essential. A minimum of a graduate degree in any stream is necessary for this role.,
