Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with job portals, candidate sourcing, and coordinating recruitment processes for international placements.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.

• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with clients

• Maintain and update candidate database

• Screen applications and shortlist relevant profiles

• Coordinate with the recruitment and operations team for job requirements

• Follow up with candidates for documentation and joining

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment

• Strong knowledge of online sourcing tools

• Excellent communication skills – verbal & written

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Experience in overseas recruitment (preferred)
