Receptionist & Front Desk Executive

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a warm, presentable, and efficient Receptionist & Front Desk Executive to be the face of our office and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. 🛎️ Front Desk Management Greet and assist visitors, students, and clients in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with accurate information Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front desk cleanliness 📋 Administrative Support Coordinate with trainers, counsellors, and the operations team for class schedules Manage courier dispatches, office supplies, and document filing Assist in daily reporting, follow-ups, and basic data entry tasks 🧩 Facility & Office Coordination Ensure the reception and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable Liaise with housekeeping, security, and other service vendors as needed Support basic HR and admission tasks during high-traffic hours ✅ Qualifications & Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferred: Administration, Commerce, or Hospitality) 1–3 years of experience in a similar front desk or office support role Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle pressure gracefully 💼 What We Offer: A collaborative and growth-focused work environment Exposure to EdTech industry operations Opportunities to grow into admin or operations roles Show more Show less
