Role: Receptionist, Front Desk Experience / Fresher Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate Location: Gandhinagar #Gandhinagar #Receptionist Job Description: To take care of incoming and outgoing calls. Welcoming guests, customers, and visitors & coordination according to requirements. Arranging and Scheduling meeting rooms for various meetings Entry of docket no. in courier register and in excel file on daily basis. From reception entry to all meeting rooms should be neat, clean, and hygienic. Maintain the courier register on a daily basis for bill verification/delivery. Checking online courier delivery status. Taking care of post-receiving and arranging for dispatch on a daily basis. Checking of lights, AC, and AC remote should be in working condition. Birthday Mails and greetings to be sent on daily basis with consultation of HR on Name, department, etc. Sending docket number to concern person through mail by next day. Keeping record of visitors and interview candidates. Support HR for providing test papers for candidates coming for interviews and collecting their documents. Decorating the reception board in case of guest arrival. Maintaining the attendance of Gardner. Taking care of garden area; verification of gardening work carried out on a daily basis.
