Pre-Sales Real Estate | KRA

  • Understand and qualify incoming leads.
  • Call and communicate with clients to identify their budget, location, and project preferences.
  • Suggest suitable projects based on client requirements.
  • Maintain strong follow-up to schedule and confirm site visits.
  • Manage data efficiently using Excel and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with the Closing Manager post-visit to drive bookings.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, client handling, negotiation, and sales skills.

Closing/Sales Executive Manager-Real Estate| KRA

  • Identify leads and business opportunities in the real estate sector
  • Handle cold calling, presentations, and client follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, buyers, and sellers
  • Conduct property visits and explain key features to clients
  • Assist in finalizing deals and managing closing documentation
  • Stay updated on market trends and property regulations
  • Use Excel and CRM systems to manage leads and sales data
  • Collaborate with marketing for promotions
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in

    Real Estate Sales / Pre-sales / Closures

  • Experience with a

    Channel Partner or Builder

    preferred
  • Strong

    communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

  • Comfortable with

    field visits and flexible schedule

  • Fluent in

    English, Hindi, and Marathi

20,000 – 50,000/month + Monthly Incentives (10k– 50k possible)

Work Timing:

10 AM – 6 PM | 6 Days a Week | Sunday Working (Weekday Off)
