To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication, Telecommunications, or a related field. A strong understanding of GSM, UMTS, LTE (and/or 5G) technologies along with radio principles is essential. Hands-on experience with drive test tools and network analysis software will be beneficial. An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail, as well as good communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams, are required qualities. Preferred candidates will have 13 years of experience in RF/RNO or telecom optimization roles.
