Job Location: Coimbatore/Chennai/Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Noida Role : Workday Integration Consultant Experience: 6+ Years 5.5+ years of experience working in Workday Should possess good experience in integrations skills, HCM & Core Comp integrations, functional domain skills. Should have experience with PICOF/PECI/CCBs & Other core connectors, Studio programs & CCW/EIBs. At least one full implementation of Workday, with demonstrated Workday technical and integrations experience Experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, BIRT reporting, EIB, and Core Connectors Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards) Strong technical experience with XML and Java Experience in Workday reporting tools, including Report Writer, Worksheets, Calculated Fields, and dashboards. Experience developing Workday custom reports and calculated fields Experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors Strong understanding of Workday security configuration, policies, and best practices. Experience with security auditing, monitoring, and incident response. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
