Quantity Surveyor

Job & Responsibilities: Execution of drawings in site with quality on time and to the clients specification. Design and analysis of residential and commercial buildings using staad. Pro as per Indian standards based on the soil report. Providing structural details for the designed structure. Preparing daily progress report, quantity surveying, preparing rate analysis billing of quantities and bar bending schedules. Excellent manpower management at site for timely execution of projects and finish the target within the time stipulated. Preparing detailed estimate before commencing the work (footing requirements like comments to finishing items like electrical, plumbing, tiles etc.) Co ordinating with labours and site engineers and reporting to project manager to ensure the work progresses as per schedule. Preparing bills in site for material and labour payments. Oversee the selection and requisition of materials for use in the construction / maintenance to check whether the materials are as specified. Providing structural details for the designed structure using autocad. preparing daily progress report (DPR) Quantity surveying. Prepare rate analysis, building of quantities and bar bending schedules. Regular visit to the site for the timely execution of projects as per the drawing provided in site with quality and to the clients specification.
