Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital quality management and accreditation processes

Qualifications:

• Management, or Healthcare Management is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital quality management/accreditation
• In-depth knowledge of NABH, NABL, ISO 9001:2015 and other healthcare quality standards
• Experience in handling audits, compliance reports, and staff training programs

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee hospital-wide quality improvement and assurance programs
• Ensure compliance with NABH, NABL, and other healthcare quality standards
• Lead the preparation and successful completion of internal and external audits
• Develop and implement policies, SOPs, and quality manuals
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and clinical/non-clinical quality indicators
• Conduct regular quality checks, risk assessments, and root cause analysis of incidents
• Organize staff training programs on quality, patient safety, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits, corrective actions, and accreditation processes
• Collaborate with department heads to improve workflows, patient satisfaction, and safety protocols
• Lead quality committee meetings and generate monthly/quarterly quality reports for management

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
