As a Quality Analyst, your responsibilities include performing proofreading on various digital devices and environments according to the scheduling sheet. You will apply client-provided style guides and cross-check for style, flow, alignment, and layout consistency between the script file and the final output. Utilizing checklists and requirement documents for each deliverable as per business unit requirements is essential. It is also part of your role to review assignments for data integrity, typos, sensible line breaks, and to highlight errors for necessary changes. Additionally, you will perform second-level proofreading after content/creative/project managers address comments and relevant proofreading upon receiving the client feedback form (CFF). Ensuring character-to-character proofreading of the final output file against the script file and finalizing the contents accurately is crucial. You will also be responsible for checking all necessary elements and icons on the file, ensuring they are placed as per the script, and filling the checklist by cross-checking against the file and copying the same in the SVN server. In case of errors, a consolidated bug report must be created via iExtract tool/Redmine and shared with the creative team for further amendments.
