QC cum Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced QC cum Production Manager to handle end-to-end production planning, supervision, and quality control. The role requires managing the shop floor team, ensuring high product quality, maintaining timelines, and reporting to the operations head. This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead a small team, streamline production processes, and reduce rework or rejection.

Education: Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily production schedules
• Conduct in-process and final product quality checks
• Maintain production and QC records
• Supervise factory floor team and guide workers
• Identify defects and implement corrective actions
• Ensure timely dispatch and smooth workflow
• Coordinate with design, inventory, and dispatch teams
