Python/Django Developer

We're looking for a Python Django Trainer to join our team, ideally with extensive project experience and a proven track record of effectively guiding and mentoring students. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Python and Django development, coupled with hands-on experience in managing projects. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to support and nurture students' learning journeys.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Design and develop training curricula, lesson plans, and learning materials focused on Python programming and Django web development.
• Training Delivery: Conduct instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and seminars in-person to impart knowledge on Python and Django concepts, best practices, and techniques.
• Hands-on Exercises: Create practical exercises, coding challenges, and projects to reinforce learning objectives and allow trainees to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.
• Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate the progress of trainees through assignments, quizzes, and practical assessments. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help learners improve their skills and understanding.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python programming language.
• Strong understanding of Django web framework and its concepts.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs or workshops.
• Patience and empathy in dealing with learners of varying skill levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications in Python and Django development (desired).
• Prior experience in software development or web application development (an advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
