Job Title: Software Developer – Backend (Python Django)

Location: Surat, Gujarat (In-person)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and Django.
• Build reusable, scalable, and efficient server-side components.
• Translate user and business requirements into secure and robust backend logic.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to deliver high-quality software.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in backend development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Python and Django (experience with Node.js or PHP is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:

• This is an in-person role at our Surat office.
• Schedule: Day shift
• Total work experience: 2 years (Preferred)
