Dear Candidate, We have urgent opening for purchase Executive Job Title: Purchase Executive Department: Procurement  Industry: Linear Drainage / Civil Infrastructure / Water Management / industrial products and raw materials  Location: [Aundh, pune ] Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for linear drainage systems, including linear drainage products, sheet metal and plastic raw materials, fabricated systems and other  accessories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality materials, maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring timely deliveries, and optimizing procurement costs while adhering to industry standards and project timelines. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Management: Source and purchase raw materials, components, and finished products related to linear drainage systems.  Compare vendor quotations to secure the best value while ensuring quality and compliance. Supplier Coordination: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers. Evaluate and qualify new vendors based on cost, quality, delivery, and service. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Inventory & Order Management: Monitor stock levels and forecast procurement needs based on project requirements. Raise and track purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely delivery of goods. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for smooth inbound and outbound materials handling. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate procurement records including purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and delivery receipts. Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards. Manage documentation for import/export transactions  Cost Control & Reporting: Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Prepare procurement reports and updates for management on order status, supplier performance, and budget adherence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field  2–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction, civil infrastructure, or drainage systems. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Familiarity with drainage components with  technical specifications will be an added advantage  Proficiency in MS Office and Tally  Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
