Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Main Purchase Duties: Handle General Purchases for project and site requirements. Manage BOM-wise Purchases, ensuring accuracy and timely procurement of materials. Maintain and update Opening and Closing Stock Purchases based on BOM. Prepare and maintain BOM & Item-wise Rate Cards for reference and negotiation. Update and track BOM-wise Items, ensuring item master data integrity. Monitor and report Godown Stock, ensuring accuracy and availability of inventory. Coordinate Godown Stock Transfers to Site, managing logistics and documentation. Assistant Purchase Duties: Create BOM-wise Purchase Orders and maintain accurate documentation. Track and follow up on Pending Purchase Orders. Manage Purchase Orders with Rate, ensuring negotiated pricing is applied. Handle Purchase Orders against PI (Proforma Invoice) for advance planning. Manage Purchase Payment Terms against PI, coordinating with accounts. Assist with BOM-wise Item Updates and stock validation. Support in tracking Godown Stock for audit and reconciliation. Facilitate Stock Transfers to Site, ensuring timely delivery and receipt confirmations. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) management. Experience with inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and vendor coordination. Proficient in using ERP/software tools related to procurement and inventory. Good communication and negotiation skills with vendors and contractors. Basic knowledge of logistics and stock movement documentation.
