Location: Saswad, Pune

Job Description:

Procurement & Supplier Management

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Maintain relationships with existing vendors and develop new supplier partnerships.
Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, machinery, and other required items.
Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations.

Purchasing Operations

Process purchase orders (POs) and follow up with vendors for on-time delivery.
Ensure that procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to prevent shortages.
Manage import/export documentation and compliance when required.

ERP & Documentation

Utilize ERP systems for procurement activities, including order tracking and supplier management.
Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and supplier agreements.
Generate reports on purchase activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.

Cost Optimization & Budgeting

Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Work closely with finance and production teams to manage budgets and control procurement costs.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
