Public Relations Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Public Relations Officer (PRO) to represent our dental clinic within the community. As the PRO, your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain relationships with medical professionals, hospitals, RMP doctors, and pharmacies. Additionally, you will be tasked with organizing outreach programs, including dental camps in various institutions such as colleges, corporate offices, and apartments. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can effectively communicate the clinic's services and attract new patients. Your key responsibilities will include liaising with doctors and hospitals to build referral relationships, distributing clinic brochures and treatment portfolios, organizing dental awareness and screening camps, coordinating with local authorities for event permissions, engaging with pharmacies for patient referrals, supporting marketing campaigns, capturing leads from events, maintaining records, and coordinating appointments with the front office team. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Telugu and English (Hindi is an added advantage), a pleasant personality, strong persuasion and negotiation skills, knowledge of local areas and institutions, a results-driven mindset, and the ownership of a 2-wheeler and smartphone for fieldwork. Previous experience in medical or hospital marketing is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will hold a graduate degree in any discipline, with a preference for backgrounds in Marketing, Communications, or Healthcare.
