Facilitate the Kick-Off Process, to ensure takeover of the executed contracts by Project Management and Construction Team. Evaluate and recommend changes in existing processes to improve the efficient operation of the contract management. Attend and lead the periodic status meetings with the various stakeholders, document discussions and outcomes and update the tracking database as necessary.
