The Projects - Inspection Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of engineering projects through detailed inspection and monitoring of materials, equipment, and processes. The role involves overseeing inspection activities during project execution, ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company specifications. The Inspection Engineer will play a key role in identifying defects, ensuring timely corrective actions, and verifying that completed projects meet the required standards of quality and safety.

• Conduct

• Oversee the

• Witness and participate in

  testing activities

  proper certification and documentation

  for all inspection activities, including welding, fabrication, and equipment installation.
• Coordinate

  third-party inspections and certifications

• Identify any

  and recommend corrective actions to the project team.
• Prepare

  detailed inspection reports

• Maintain

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering

  , or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in inspection or quality assurance

  , preferably in the

  construction, oil & gas, or industrial sectors

  .

• Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards

  such as ASME, API, ISO, and local building codes.

• Proven experience in non-destructive testing (NDT) methods, welding inspections, and material inspections

  .

• Familiarity with project management processes and tools

  .

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  .

• Proficiency in inspection software and Microsoft Office Suite

  .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification as an ASNT Level II Inspector, API Inspector

  , or equivalent.

• Experience working on large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects

  .

• Knowledge of project management software

  (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

• Experience with safety and environmental regulations
