Job Description

Design and develop
engineering kits, training systems, and industrial projects
for practical use.
Provide expert technical input and serve as a
subject matter authority
in your domain.
Convert complex engineering concepts into
tangible, real-world learning tools
.
Build and test prototypes, refine designs, and ensure functional reliability.
Deliver technical training, workshops, and demonstrations to trainees or junior engineers.
Stay updated with the latest industrial technologies and standards.
Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Masters degree in
Engineering
or a related technical discipline.
5–10 years of solid industrial experience
in design, development, and machinery implementation.
Demonstrated expertise in developing
practical, working engineering systems
.
Strong interest in
mentorship, training
, and applied engineering education.
Experience in vocational training, technical education, or skills development.
Certifications or accolades in relevant industry domains.
Strong communication skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
