Project Delivery Manager

You are a skilled Project Delivery Manager responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of IT projects, which includes web development, mobile applications, and software solutions. Your role involves acting as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth, timely, and quality delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors, managing project scope, objectives, and timelines, tracking project performance to meet deadlines, maintaining regular communication with clients and stakeholders, preparing reports, documentation, and feedback sessions, identifying project risks, troubleshooting delivery challenges, leading daily stand-ups and review meetings with teams, optimizing resource allocation, overseeing quality assurance, and user acceptance testing processes. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience as a project manager in the IT industry. You must demonstrate a proven ability to manage multiple IT projects, possess a strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies, and exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in tools such as Trello, Jira, Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace is required, along with strong problem-solving and leadership abilities. Preferred qualifications include PMP / PRINCE2 Certification, experience in SaaS, CRM, ERP, or eCommerce projects, and exposure to client management in UAE, US, or Europe.
