Project Coordinator / Interior Designer

Job Summary:
Arcedior is seeking a skilled and organized Project Coordinator with a background in interior design to manage and oversee various design projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams, designers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the planning and execution of projects, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure that project objectives and design specifications are met.
• Maintain detailed project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Act as a liaison between clients, designers, and vendors to ensure design intent is achieved and that any project-related issues are promptly resolved.
• Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials, furniture, and fixtures required for the project.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations to update clients and stakeholders on project status.
• Support the Project Manager and design team with administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and invoicing.
• Ensure projects comply with the company’s quality standards and align with design principles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of interior design processes and principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and project management software.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to foresee project challenges and propose solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
