PROJECT ASSISTANT STAFF

We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Assistant to join our team. As a Project Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to project managers and project teams. You will assist in project planning, tracking progress, coordinating meetings, and maintaining project documentation. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will contribute to the successful execution of projects within established timelines and budgets. Responsibilities:Assist project managers in project planning, including creating project schedules, setting milestones, and defining deliverables. Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take meeting minutes. Track project progress and deadlines, updating project documentation and communicating updates to stakeholders. Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports. Maintain project files and documentation, ensuring they are organized, up to date, and easily accessible. Collaborate with project team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope. Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other deliverables. Conduct research and gather information to support project activities. Help identify and mitigate project risks by maintaining risk registers and assisting in risk assessment activities. Support the implementation and adoption of project management tools and systems. Assist in coordinating project - related procurement and vendor management activities. Provide general administrative support to project managers and project teams, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.
