Project Architect
- Must have prior experience in Villa Projects / Apartment Complexes / Luxury Residences- Oversee the design and construction of the project- Prepare Budget, BOQ and Specification Lists- Check on the feasibility of the architectural designs- Comfortable in using Autocad, 3d- Adequate knowledge in zoning requirements and ensure that the design comply with the regulations- Good Leadership Skills, Communication, Problem Solving Skills- Oversee the construction crew- Ensure timely completion of the projectReports :
- Progress Reports of the project, Costing, Budget Vs Actuals, Revised Budgets
- Final Inspection upon completion of project
