Your Role:
Release and Deployment
- Co-ordinate various PDLM release milestones along with Design input and output review.
- Co-ordinate Design Control review meetings.
- Facilitate Design Transfer Review meetings.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Product Managers, System Architects, and Business Owners to align goals, Business Values with business priorities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for coordination across multiple teams and external dependencies.
- Foster collaboration between Agile teams and stakeholders to optimize value delivery.
Process Improvement & Coaching
- Coach Agile teams, Scrum Masters, and leadership on Lean-Agile principles and best practices.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and addressing process inefficiencies.
- Support Agile maturity assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and dependencies impacting ART delivery.
- Ensure transparency in status reporting, fostering data-driven decision-making.
Lean Portfolio Management Support
- Align value execution with organizational strategy and funding.
- Facilitate coordination with Program and Solution Trains in a SAFe environment
Technical & Agile Expertise
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies at scale (PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, System Demo).
- Knowledge of Agile project management tools (TFS, JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps).
Leadership & Communication
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills is a must.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You're the right fit if:
- You have Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management or equivalent.
- Min. 15 Yrs. of experience in areas such as Portfolio Management, Innovation Management, Project and Program Management or equivalent.
- Preferred Certification:
Philips Project Management Certification: Project Management Practitioner
