Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Line QC Executive (Female) to oversee and monitor the quality of products throughout each stage of the hair production process. The candidate will be responsible for implementing quality standards, identifying defects, documenting inspection results, and preparing quality reports to ensure adherence to company and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and inspect production lines at each stage (sorting, processing, coloring, drying, packing, etc.).
• Ensure quality standards are met for raw hair, processed hair, and final packed goods.
• Identify quality issues or deviations and report immediately to the QC Manager or Production Supervisor.
• Prepare and maintain daily quality inspection reports and summaries.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure continuous improvement and quality compliance.
• Maintain proper records of accepted/rejected batches with reasons.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols in the workplace.
• Provide regular feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred for this position.
• Minimum 12th pass / Diploma / Any graduate.
• 1–3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the hair or similar production industry.
• Strong observation and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of quality standards and inspection processes.
• Ability to prepare reports and maintain records in MS Excel or written logs.
• Team-oriented, responsible, and committed to quality assurance.

Note: On-the-job training will be provided to understand the company’s quality benchmarks and production process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
