Production Planning Engineer

As a Production Monitoring Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and supervise day-to-day production activities across various departments. You will be tasked with maintaining accurate records of daily output, delays, pending orders, and overall production status. It will be your duty to prepare detailed production summary reports and share them with management on a daily basis. In addition to production monitoring, you will also be responsible for coordinating with the sales team to provide real-time data on available stock and production capacity. You will analyze the current production status and align it with incoming order requirements to ensure orders are accepted based on the actual availability of products and raw materials. Your role will also involve generating and maintaining reports on order status, inventory levels, and production schedules. You will need to identify potential delays and communicate them proactively to the concerned teams. Supporting decision-making with accurate and timely data inputs will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Furthermore, as a Production Monitoring Coordinator, you will act as a bridge between the production and sales teams to ensure clarity and efficiency. You will assist the sales team in prioritizing and managing customer orders effectively.
