Production Line Supervisor

As the Operations Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the assembly line to ensure the production schedule is met efficiently. You will work closely with the Line Incharge to monitor the performance and productivity of assembly line workers, ensuring that they follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety protocols throughout the production process. In the realm of Quality Assurance, you will be tasked with monitoring product quality at each stage of the assembly process to uphold company standards. This will involve conducting spot checks and inspections of completed bags to identify any defects or inconsistencies, as well as assisting in the implementation of corrective actions whenever quality issues arise. Your role will also involve providing hands-on training to both new and existing employees on assembly techniques, machine operation, and safety measures. Additionally, you will support the Line Incharge in fostering a positive work environment by motivating the team and addressing any concerns raised by assembly line workers, escalating issues when necessary. In terms of Performance Monitoring, you will be responsible for tracking both individual and team performance to ensure that production targets are being met. Keeping detailed records of attendance, performance metrics, and any issues that may arise, you will provide regular feedback and assist in conducting employee performance evaluations. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund, and the work schedule is from Monday to Friday at the designated in-person work location.,
