Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement robust production plans aligned with business goals.
Lead manufacturing operations at a high-capacity third-party production facility.
Coordinate with Tier-2 suppliers to ensure timely availability of components and materials.
Manage cross-border supply chain processes, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely deliveries.
Negotiate pricing and production terms with partner factories and upstream suppliers.
Proactively identify and resolve production bottlenecks to maintain delivery timelines.
Foster strong working relationships with manufacturing partners to drive quality and output.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or production management.
57 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within consumer or lifestyle products or any manufacturing industry will work.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-driven decision-making.
Educational background from a leading engineering or business management institute.
