Job Description

Conduct factory visits and execute audit procedures as instructed by the Audit Head. Review and track variances related to cost, solvent consumption, production yield, and other critical KPIs on a daily basis. Prepare and submit comprehensive variance reports on a monthly basis. Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and idle stock across production units. Evaluate production processes for efficiency and turnaround time (TAT) analysis. Conduct process audits to ensure optimum utilization of plant capacity. Assist the Internal Audit team in the physical verification of stock and fixed assets at manufacturing units. Ensure accurate and timely stock audit and reporting procedures. Support audits related to Safety, Administration, and HR functions at the plant level. Collaborate with the Pre-Audit Team as per guidance from the Audit Head. Utilize SAP (MM, Production & Inventory Modules) to extract data and perform analysis. Maintain updated and detailed audit working papers and issue logs in line with the companys comprehensive audit plan. Draft audit reports and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint. Support the Audit Head in preparing final monthly audit reports.
