Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for B2B clients in the IT services & consulting industry.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and drive growth through upselling/cross-selling initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and optimize performance.

Job Requirements :

  • 2-5 years of experience in corporate sales or business development management.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the IT services & consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales principles, including key account management best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with C-level executives.
