Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Basic understanding of solar and its products like
Solar on grid, off grid, hybrid and lithium batteries
.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in product marketing preferably in solar and battery industry.
Prepare the documents related to business case, market needs, product description and roadmap
Manage & execute product pricing / scheme to achieve category profit based on competitive landscape of pricing & product competitiveness by each segment.
Support and guide the Product Creation Process by market research, commercial requirement specifications and product specifications.
Set up and execute road maps for the introduction of new products or updates and the phasing -out of existing products in such a way that an optimal product portfolio is available in the market on time and with low costs.
Monitor new products launch of competition
Product Benchmarking with competition
Contribute to build a road map to create a sustainable channel mix for current and future business.
Manage the development of product catalogue, Sales guide book, Product training manual and product website portfolio management data for entire product line up
Develop and deliver Product value proposition in the respective category to meet sales and marketing objective

Develop and maintain good working relationships with all Support Functions to assist sales in resolving complex issues and improve channel and Customers satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 4+ years of experience in product marketing preferably in solar and battery industry.
