Job Description

Role Summary:

Responsible for selling rooftop solar systems, Hybrid systems ,Lithium batteries ,off grid solar battery & Systems to residential and small commercial customers by appointing System integrators ,distributors & generating leads, explaining product benefits, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely order conversion and payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly , quarterly & Annual sales targets
Identify and meet new customers in assigned area
Explain product features, savings & ROI to customers
Prepare and share quotations/proposals through SI
Follow up with PM suryaghar portal /SFDC & Utech leads till closure
Collect payments as per agreed terms
Coordinate with project team for installation

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/Btech in any discipline
8-12 years sales experience (solar / lithium/battery /inverters products preferred)
Good communication & convincing skills
Local language fluency + basic English
Two-wheeler for field visits
