📍 Location: Charni Road, Mumbai

🎓 Qualification: BE / Diploma – Mechanical OR Any Graduate with relevant experience

Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the procurement of

  raw materials, flanges, pipe fittings, valves, hardware, consumables, and MRO items

• Float inquiries, negotiate prices, terms & lead times with domestic and international vendors
• Develop alternate suppliers to reduce cost and avoid material shortages
• Coordinate with design, production, QA/QC, and stores teams for material specifications and delivery
• Ensure timely PO release, follow-up for delivery, and manage GRN/Invoice tracking with accounts
• Maintain

  vendor performance reports

  , pricing history, and cost-saving records
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and assist in internal/external audits
• Update and manage records using

  Excel / ERP (Tally / Odoo / SAP preferred)

• Monitor market trends and suggest strategic sourcing improvements

Skills & Requirements:

• 6–10 years of

  engineering procurement experience

  (preferred: valves, pipe fittings, flanges, raw materials)
• Strong knowledge of

  industrial vendors, pricing, and lead times

• Excellent in

  negotiation, follow-up, and documentation

• Hands-on with

  Excel, Email Communication, and ERP systems

• Strong coordination skills with technical, accounts, and factory teams
• Must be Mumbai-based and available for full-time office work at
