Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Manager located in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for buying, planning, and executing media and product procurement strategies for corporate gifting. The role involves managing vendor relationships, preparing client proposals, negotiating quotations, and ensuring seamless delivery of products and services. The individual should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to travel if required.

Qualifications

• Experience in media buying, planning, and execution
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of the corporate gifting industry and vendor sourcing
• Attention to detail and excellent negotiation capabilities

Experience

0.6 years to 3 years

• Strong knowledge of corporate gifting trends and industry practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
