Add rows if needed) Lead process engineering team in designing and developing CBG or Biomass projects Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and other process documentation Conduct process simulations, material balance calculations, and energy balance calculations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met Oversee project execution, including procurement, construction, and commissioning Troubleshoot process issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations Develop and implement process improvements and optimization strategies Technical / business-unit specific skills and knowledge Knowledge of Simulation software like Aspen, pipe net, pipeline studio etc. Knowledge of MS office and MS Power point is must. Education Minimum. B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering ( Preference to Chemical Engg. Background) Minimum 10+ years of experience in CBG (Compressed Biogas) or Biomass industry, with a strong background in process engineering and project execution

You will be working as a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager in the Design Team 2 under the Central span of the Technology / Technology Officer function. Your role will involve reporting to the Technology Manager and overseeing basic engineering tasks for new projects. Your responsibilities will include creating various design deliverables such as Design Bases, PFDs, P&IDs, and Plant layouts. You will also be responsible for generating mass balance & energy balance tabulations, equipment process datasheets, and instrument process datasheets. Additionally, you will participate in risk studies like HAZOP, SIL, and consequence analysis, as well as calculate OPEX figures and compare them with similar processes for improvement. You will float equipment inquiries, prepare technical bid tabulations, and assist in detailed engineering and commissioning of projects. Ensuring that all design and safety aspects are captured in basic engineering will be a key part of your role. Furthermore, you will interact with the Pilot & Technology Development group for discussions on TTD, maintain design documents as per guidelines, and support the Technology Manager in creating Design Standards & Manuals. You will also participate in pre-startup safety reviews before plant startup and contribute to fostering a positive team culture that aligns with the values of the organization, showcasing leadership qualities. The ideal candidate for this role should have 5-8 years of experience in project management, specifically from concept to commissioning. A qualification in B.E.
