Process Manager

Having our H.O. in Guwahati, Assam, we have our presence in eight states across India with reputed and established national and private banks and NBFC’s with the strength of more than 500 staffs under the IIBF guidance. We are searching for an experienced and dedicated Process Manager to oversee, optimize, and improve our company’s internal processes. A process manager is responsible for planning, documenting and overseeing specific functions within a business organization.  Process Manager Duties and Responsibilities: Process Managers are responsible for overseeing and optimizing the efficiency of business processes. They analyze current practices, devise effective strategies, and ensure process improvements align with the organization’s goals. The daily duties and responsibilities of a Process Manager may include: Reviewing and analyzing existing business processes Identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks in processes Developing strategies and plans for process improvements Implementing process changes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations Monitoring and controlling process performance metrics Coordinating with other managers and stakeholders to ensure processes align with organizational goals Training staff on new process changes and guidelines Maintaining documentation on processes, directives, and standard operating procedures Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards Facilitating workshops and meetings to generate process improvement ideas Acting as a liaison between different department for process alignment and implementation Evaluating the impact of process changes and adjusting strategies as necessary Process Manager Qualifications: Proven experience as a Process Manager or similar role Understanding of business processes and process management methodologies Proficiency in process modeling and analysis Experience with process improvement techniques and methodologies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
